Business Development Manager
Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join a successful property investment company and become a key player in our Middle East business development efforts. As part of a dynamic team, you will unlock exponential growth through new and established third-party sales channels.
By delivering high-quality relationship management to our existing partners and discovering and engaging new relationships, there is significant scope to expand the companys client distribution reach across the Middle East. The untapped market presents an exciting opportunity for the right individual to drive growth and success in these channels.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to achieve key activity-driven KPIs and sales targets. They will ensure effective communication and relationships between internal and external clients are maintained. This full-time permanent position can be based in the Dubai, but requires travel to relevant markets and flexibility to service clients across all applicable time zones.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage key distribution partners globally.
- Drive property sales through third-party channels.
- Review and re-engage non-performing relationships.
- Formulate and manage a project-by-project distribution strategy.
- Manage ongoing accounts to maximize project sales.
- Establish and communicate investment requirements from partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms within a set framework.
- Take ownership of challenging sales targets.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of available property investment opportunities.
- Handle back-end aspects of relationships.
- Support sales progression on agreed deals and assist with client inquiries.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting to analyze activity and output.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Abilities
- 3-5 years experience in property sales, preferably with experience in selling off plan property
- Demonstrable key account management experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, in writing, and over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of CRM is essential.
- Comfortable with leading presentations.
- Ability to structure and prioritize workloads.
- Team player with the ability to operate both independently and within a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, other department employees, and company representatives.
- Passionate, optimistic, and an internal inspiration to deliver.
